This year's tourney: A team effort

Oregon Center for Nursing and Oregon Health Forum have a lot in common! As you may know, both are 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations. What you may not know is both these groups are dedicated to creating solutions to solve the critical workforce shortage in health care. This common goal is our inspiration for teaming up to conduct the fifth annual Play for Oregon’s Health Golf Tournament. Enjoy 18 holes of golf, a team scramble, prizes, raffles, awards, plus dinner and drinks - all while golfing for a good cause. The tournament proceeds will be split between the two organizations.

Oregon Center for Nursing will dedicate proceeds from your participation in this year’s tournament to furthering its mission of providing the leadership to solve the nursing shortage in Oregon.

Oregon Health Forum will give proceeds from this tournament directly to college students pursuing health-related careers as part of its growing scholarship program.

Langdon Farms Golf Club was designed by award-winning architects John Fought and Robert Cupp and shares course architecture traditions with great courses from around the world. It has been selected by the Business Journal three years running as the "best course to hold a golf tournament or corporate event in Oregon." As in past years, we’ll have fun and enjoy a little healthy competition with prizes for:

• Longest drive
• Longest putt
• Putting contest
• Chipping contest
• Hole-in-one contest
