For ten years, Oregon Health Forum has recognized outstanding leaders in health care and health policy who have shown a commitment to improving the health care of Oregonians. Since the inception of the Oregon Health Plan, our state has been known for innovative, risk-taking health reform, and the acknowledgement of our exceptional leaders cannot be understated.
